For the price we paid, we got great value and a spacious room with three bedrooms. The location was perfect, close to all the Vinpearl attractions, and the staff treated us incredibly well.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by keeping the European food like cheese and salami properly chilled.

The guestrooms at Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the personal safe and separate seating area. The ocean view from the villa's 3 bedrooms was simply breathtaking!

Personally, I felt that the tumble dryer in the room was unnecessary.

We absolutely adored the staff and their exceptional service. The sea view from our window was breathtaking. The manager of the hotel was fantastic! The location of the hotel is in a stunning area. Additionally, the beautiful Ganh Dau Beach is only a short 10-minute drive away.

Best resort we have stayed in. This venue was perfect place for exploring Phu Quoc, loved it. Moreover, free parking was great.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The villa was luxurious, with a private pool and stunning lake view. The beach was uncrowded, clean, and perfect for swimming. We loved the fact that the beachfront and resort were well-maintained and offered a lot of facilities for guests. The shuttle service was efficient and made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

We had a luxurious time at this hotel. The exclusive amenities truly fulfilled our needs. The spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing full body massage and a facial. The treatment rooms were picturesque and clean. We enjoyed the aqua park and outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a garden area with sun loungers. The bar/lounge area and restaurant were cosy and offered a good selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks plus delicious food. The location was ideal, with beach access and beachfront to marvel the sunsets.

This hotel is a great choice for a getaway. The location is perfect for a safari, or for exploring the nearby beach and kayaking hiring place. The hotel itself is lovely, with amazing service, spacious and well-appointed rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Plus, the views are stunning and can be enjoyed with a cocktail before dining in one of the lovely restaurants. Don't miss the amazing pool, with plenty of space and pool towels, or the peaceful atmosphere.

The range of desserts offered at the hotel restaurant could be improved.

Nice resort with friendly staff. the pool area had plenty of loungers and the beach was clean with plenty of loungers. the food had a lot of choices and was good quality.

The meat quality could be improved. Some areas, like the sauna and steam bath, lacked attentive staff.

I had an amazing stay at Vinpearl Discovery Coastalland. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable, especially since I was traveling with a 5-month-old baby. They made special arrangements for my food restrictions and even helped me find equipment for my bottle sanitizers. The service provided by the team was truly world-class. I couldn't have been more impressed and happy with their level of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. We couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a beautiful beachfront location. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the comfortable camp bed in our room to the nice balcony with a stunning view of the gardens, the hotel made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic. We loved the various options of fresh grilled meat and fish, and the fact that they provided 2 bottled waters for us each day was a nice touch.

All was great, no improvements needed.
